6. Uplisting to OTCQB
◦ We have engaged a PCAOB auditor and a security lawyer to file an S-1 registration
statement
◦ We will file our S-1 registration statement in the first quarter of 2021
◦ Once registration is effective with the SEC, the company will apply for OTCQB. OTCQB
status opens the company to brokers who can recommend us to their clients
◦ Moreover, the company will have an easy path to get listed in foreign stock exchange
markets. Our security law firm is based in Canada, and they will work with us to list on one
of the Canadian stock exchanges. Listing on a foreign stock exchange will bring institutional
investors that will help us stabilize the market. Our goal will be to list by the end of the year,
if we can.

9. ◦ We are hiring additional engineers and software developers to complete the FlexFridge
redesign with the mobile app quickly.
◦ We will release a video of the production prototype by the end of the first quarter. We will
build 25 demo FlexFridges to ship for certification and for potential government and
healthcare clients. The company will hire a sales organization to focus on securing government
contracts. We will also use LinkedIn to generate leads from healthcare providers.
◦ Our manufacturing facility will be ready to start producing the FlexFridge in the second
quarter of 2021.

the prototypes by the end of March. We are using third-party gloves.
