This document discusses popular American vacation destinations such as tropical areas, Europe, and Disney. However, the authors note that Americans' vacations are often not true vacations due to work conflicts, as America has been referred to as the "No Vacation Nation." Only in the U.S. is paid vacation considered a job bonus. One in five Americans have cancelled vacations because of work. The authors prefer to live in European countries like France and Italy that mandate more vacation time by law.
