Alonzo Rentz started as an entry-level technician for Werres Corporation, struggling at first but improving to take on more responsibilities like equipment repairs requiring diagnostics. Alonzo Rentz was employed for Werres Corporation as a service technician in the Richmond, Virginia
marketplace. He started as an entry level Scheduled Maintenance technician responsible for conducting
inspections on Customer owned equipment. He initially struggled with the process but took it upon
himself to improve and grow in his role to a more responsible position which included conducting
unscheduled repairs requiring diagnostics and trouble-shooting.
Overtime, he developed solid working relationships with important accounts in the area to the point
they requested Alonzo specifically when their equipment required service. This development is a tribute
to his outgoing nature, trustworthiness and skills.
Alonzo eventually went to work for one of these key accounts and remained a friend and respected
Customer contact. I have personally enjoyed watching Alonzo grow in each of his endeavors and wish
