This document provides an overview of the features and functionality of a customizable control panel for travel agencies and consolidators. It allows for scalable, intuitive booking of flights with minimal usage of resources. There are two levels of access - control panel for supervisors and a user interface. Key functions include searching for flights, viewing fare quotes and rules, comparing flight options, booking flights and seats, entering passenger details for ticketing, and obtaining a record locator. Support is available from the Alio team for any questions.
