At ALKUSARI STONE I am the In-House Architect and Factory Manager at the factory located in Bertram,
Texas. As the Factory Manager I am in charge of the quality and logistics needed to maintain sales
people informed while keeping customers pleased and arranging for delivery of projects to be on time.
Other duties include: interacting with Architects and Designers for quotes and bids, visiting and
checking up on Job sites, and producing samples and mock-ups for customers. As the In- House
Architect I design (Fireplaces, Kitchen Hoods, Columns, Fountains, Door & Window Surrounds, Custom
Counter Tops, Stone Veneer for facades, Groin Vaults, Pool Coping, Staircases, Flooring, Tile, etc.).
Along with designing, I do shop drawings, cut tickets, templates and installation drawings necessary to
produce and install architectural Stone. All this is done with the use of Auto Cad 2016.

At Jauregui Inc., my duties included designing and drawing all constructive plans, interacting with builders
in an effort to accomplish successful construction of high end homes (Austin, Houston, San Antonio and
Dallas), along with being in charge of all pool designs. All this was accomplished with the use of AutoCAD
2007 and 2009.

2. Design and Construction supervision of a Gated community with 8 residential homes for sale
at Formosa Street in Jardines del Country, Guadalajara, Jal. Mexico.
3. High end home with almost 8,000 sq. feet at one of the most exclusive gated communities in
Guadalajara (Puerto de Hierro )
4. High-end home at the Golf Club of Santa Anita in Zapopan, Jalisco. With more than 9,000 sq. feet
of roofed area.

Working as an independent architect, I accomplished the following:

personally analyzing all Architectural styles.
