Alexandra P. Teran has extensive clinical and research experience in both the United States and Honduras. She has a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Bachelor of Humanities in Spanish and Portuguese from the University of Arizona. Her research has focused on early childhood development and parenting relationships through video coding. Clinically, she has volunteered in emergency rooms and hospitals in Arizona, providing translation services and assisting with patient care. She also participated in a medical brigade in Honduras. Teran has experience tutoring and teaching physiology labs. On campus, she has held leadership roles in several honor societies and organizations related to her pre-health career goals.
