Mario has worked as a chef with Alan Dawkes for eight years, producing numerous special events that received accolades around New Zealand. Mario is a hardworking and intelligent individual with vast kitchen experience who is also family-focused. Mario is now moving north with his family, and Alan wishes them the best for the future and offers his help as Mario and his family choose their next steps.
