Tax Services
We provide a comprehensive range of professional services in the field of corporate and
personnel taxation.
The scope of these services would include the following
Income Tax
Normal Services
a) Obtaining NTN Certificate;
b) Critical scrutiny of information for preparing the return of income together with all
necessary formalities to be completed;
c) Discussions with the assesse, if necessary, before filing of the relevant return(s)
d) Responding to the notices of the income tax department in relation to the
assessment processing monitoring of withholding tax proceeding and audit
proceeding etc.
e) Presenting the case before the assessing officer to explain any matter raised in
relation to the audit, monitoring of tax etc.
f) Appearing before the higher executive authorities i.e. chief commissioner of Inland
Revenue, commissioner of Inland Revenue and Inspecting Additional
Commissioner of Inland Revenue, if necessary, in relation to the assessment;
g) Obtaining tax exemption certificates or reduced rate certificates from the Income
tax Authority.
h) Writing about the outcome of the assessment and advising on the further course of
action, if warranted;
i) Preparation and filing of appeals and representations before the appellate
authorities i.e. Commissioner of Inland Revenue (Appeals), Income Tax appellate
Tribunal, Federal Tax Ombudsman, High court if required.
j) Advising the company on tax planning aspects to minimize tax incidence;
k) Other advisory services relating to tax matters which may be required by the
company from time to time;
l) Advising the company in respect of filing of monthly, quarterly and annual
statements in the respective circles within the specified time; and
m) Advising the company in respect of withholding tax requirements under the
Income Tax Ordinance, 2001.

n) Representing before the federal board of revenue (FBR) in Islamabad and Sindh
Revenue Board (SRB) in Karachi, if warranted.
o) Providing personal and staff taxation legal services in respect of Income tax returns
& wealth statement (where required)
a) Representing before the Central Board of Revenue (CBR) in Islamabad, if
Warranted;
b) Providing personal and staff taxation in respect of

c) Obtaining of nil and reduced withholding tax certificate, if necessary; and
