On behalf of the IEEE Member and Geographic Activities (MGA) Board, I am pleased to formally advise
you that you have been selected as a 2013 recipient of the MGA GOLD Achievement Award. Ranjit
Nair placed your name in nomination, and Rayees Amar Nishad and V.K. Damodaran endorsed the
nomination. The selection was made by the MGA Awards and Recognition Committee and approved by
the IEEE MGA Board during its 23 November 2013 meeting.
This is a very prestigious award, and we are pleased to honor you for the outstanding contributions you
have made to numerous IEEE activities and the example you set in carrying forward the goals and
objectives of the IEEE MGA Board.
This award consists of a cash prize of US$250 and a plaque, which carries the following citation:
