At least 63% (28 out of 44) of raised EPs actively communicate through Facebook and through
         our exclusive Facebook group, “Exchange Participants from AIESEC UNSW 2011/2012”

                                     By meeting them face-to-face to discuss their exchange…
  The first interaction for 100% of EPs has been a OGEM (Ongoing Exchange Meeting), where
  we discuss EP contracts, assist EPs in the raising process and assign EP managers to each EP.
                                                         Conducted over 8 OGEMs during 2011.

                                                                    Follow up every single EP…
    If a candidate applies for an MT/GIP but is unsuitable, rather than rejecting them, we call
     them and explain their suitability for a GCDP. Raised 2 EPs through personal phone-calls.

                                 Interact with them during Information sessions and stalls…
   More than 7 current EPs interacted with an OGX member during Information sessions and
                                                                 stalls for AIESEC Exchange.

We encourage EPs to prepare
            themselves for exchange…
                            By reminding EPs to attend the regional LEAD Conference…
 Emails, facebook messages and face-to-face meeting reminders about the regional LEAD
  Conference, leading to over 88% sign ups out of 44 EPs raised from June to November.

         By allowing our EPs to self-match and have partnerships as a back-up option…
        Over 22 EPs self-matched to their country of choice, thus increasing autonomous
                       preparation for exchange and self awareness of exchange partner.

                       By having EP managers to follow up on EPs on a weekly basis…
  EP managers are responsible for 5-6 EPs, who they track and prepare ANs for right until
                              the moment the EP leaves the country for their exchange.

      By emailing reminders about exchange preparation and getting matched on time…
Distributed several emails, despite the errors on myaiesec.net, on how to get matched on
                                       time, particularly in the weeks leading up to exams.
AIESEC UNSW OGX Practices
   At AIESEC UNSW, we try and make OGX as
             efficient as possible.

 Thus, we are continually developing new systems
and improving existing systems in OGX for
  the benefit of EPs as well as AIESEC UNSW.
EPs help recruit other EPs!
Situation          EPs should be given the opportunity to be an AIESECer
How we do it!      Recruiting a team purely consisting of EPs, which focuses
                   mainly on recruiting new EPs between June to November.
Did it work?       EP team conducted over 4 MRB Preps, MRBs and OGEMs


                Where are the alumni?
Situation          Needing a large supply of alumni to be panellists for MRB
How we do it!      Inviting batches of alumni who are acquainted with each
                   other so that they are motivated to come together to panel.
                   Furthermore, we would encourage an influential alumni to
                   reach out to their network of alumni to find more panellists.
Did it work?       We managed to use influential and dedicated alumni to build
                   a larger network for the last 3 MRBs. For example, for the
                   MRB in September, we managed to gather the EB from 2008.
