4. I. Overview
Agilsun is a Software Development Company based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Founded
in July 2013 by 3 people to provide Website Development Service for SME, Agilsun has
grown to 28 Agilsunians with 2 major core services: Mobile Application and Web
Development. Our clients are from many parts of the world: Vietnam, Japan, the United
States, Australia and Singapore.
Agilsun core values come from our continuous-improvement management, employee-

We believe in building THE RIGHT TEAM first, and success will follow. The sole mission of
management is to acquire the best talent for every single position and to create the best
possible environment for them to make the biggest possible impacts. Our direction has been
changing uncontrollably since the beginning. The only thing remains and the only one we
trust are our teams.
We believe that there is always A BETTER WAY TO DO THING. We do not believe in the
existence of “the best”. The only thing that can prevent us from achieving the better is our
willingness to challenge the status quo. We aim for continuous improvement and we believe
that those are the utmost importance in technological field. Experienced people is just good
enough, but highly potential & adaptive people are those we value the most.
We believe that our CUSTOMERS’ SATISFACTION is the result of a PROCESS rather than a
destination; that aiming to make our customers satisfied EVERY SINGLE DAY is more
important than to create the best or the bug-free product. The best quality is not enough,
but deep understanding and empathy of customers are the deciding factors of success. The
company’s name “Agilsun” was inspired by the Agile Software Development Process, which
emphasized on the customers’ overall satisfaction. We put a huge focus on our internal and
external communication to make our customers’ journey more satisfactory.

Price checking mobile application
Commodity price checking application for Vietnamese farmers. Nhan Nguyen, Agilsun Vice
President, has a big buzz in Vietnamese media with this app around April and May 2015.
Gia Nong San focused on the simplicity since the users are mostly farmers. The UX and UI of
the app is at the highest standard in the market.
