“The Second Front” iaitu perang keatas
pengganas di Asia Tenggara dan Selatan
Filipina.

 Corak masa depan Asia akan
membolehkan AS memasuki ruang
perdagangan di Asia dengan nilai USD 500
billion
 Mengaktifkan kehadiran AS untuk
menjadikan Asia sebagai rantau yang
stabil dan menguntungkan AS
REALITI
 AS adalah kuasa Imperealis bukan untuk
keselamatan global, tetapi untuk
kepentingan AS.
 AS cetuskan peperangan dengan pesaing
imperealis yang lainsupaya kehadiran
tentera AS ada alasan untuk
mengukuhkan pengkalan mereka
 AS mengganas di Filipina, Hiroshima &
Nagasaki, Korea & Vietnam serta
pertumpahan darah di Indonesia pada
1965.

4. 100,000 anggota tentera di Asia Pasifik
(47,000 di Jepun, 33,000 di Korea)
5. Australia menjadi tuan rumah kepada satelit
perisik AS dan sistem di laut dan darat Anti
Balistik.
6. Jepun, Australia, Thailand dan Filipina
mempunyai perjanjian pertahanan dengan
AS.
7. Singapura, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand
dan Filipina mempunyai perjanjian akses
dengan AS dan membenarkan AS
menggunakan kemudahan ketenteraan
negara.
Walaupun tanpa pengkalan, AS
mengekalkan kehadirannya di rantau ini
