This one-year program meets once a month on Saturdays from 2-5pm starting on June 14th, 2008 through June 13th, 2009. The program will focus on cultivating compassion and loving-kindness through meditative practices like forgiveness, loving-kindness, and compassion. Participants will learn these practices in a gradual, step-by-step process to help forgive themselves and others and develop more compassion, which can decrease suffering and increase happiness. The group is intended for serious meditation practitioners committed to daily mindfulness practice on and off their cushions.
