This document outlines the requirements for a barangay to apply for drug-cleared status from the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA). It includes an application letter and resolutions from the Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC). It also requires certificates of training, home visit reports, program activities and results, and color-coded tabs with documentation on the status of individuals identified in the PDEA-PNP drug watch list - including those who completed drug programs, were arrested, admitted to treatment, underwent general intervention, or were validated to have passed away, moved, or not existed in the barangay.
