If not, we revise and up date them to make sure they reflect what’s really occurring. The old files that are out of date are archived and the new files are version controlled, date stamped and ready for auditing. - 9. REQUIREMENTS TO MANAGEAEO AEO REQUIREMENTS Hold Documents in a Safe & Secure place Hold Control Documented Procedures for all the functions within the business Documents should be Version Controlled, Dated, Authorised and be Retrievable for audit purposes

REQUIREMENTS TO MANAGEAEO AEO REQUIREMENTS There needs to be a Plan of Monitoring & Reviewing of all documented procedures within the business both as Planned Reviews as well as When Changes Occur The Reviewing Process needs to show records of ‘Changes’ as well as recording ‘No Changes Required’ as appropriate from the Review

REQUIREMENTS TO MANAGEAEO AEO REQUIREMENTS When Updating and Revising changes there needs to be a Process of Version Control and Authorisation Any major changes need to be communicated to the AEO Team in Nottingham directly Teams need to be updated and trained as to Process Changes and these need to be recorded
