• Strengths
On the top of website of H&M, it shows the
discounts of some clothes, and “Free
shipping over $40”. It will directly give
people some choices about their products.
What's more, When you want to buy clothes
for party, you can just search “Party” on
website. It's called DRESS CODE.
• Weaknesses
H&M care about more discounts about
rather than New collections. There are just
four new clothes that put on the website and
app. When people wants to learn about
novel trend of style or clothes, they need a
category to find. This is a weakness of H&M.
Websites and App of Competing Brand
Strengths and Weaknesses
• Strengths
• On the website and app, there is a
category called “ New In”. ZARA will put
their new collections in this category.
What's more, ZARA has a big title
category called “ZARA SRPLS”. People
could learn how to match differernt
ZARA's products from this category.
People could have good-looking if they
follow the content of ZARA SRPLS.
• Weaknesses
• The Weaknesses of ZARA's website and
app is less contents. No matter which
platforms of ZARA, there are just
categories of products. There are not
discounts, events, activities about ZARA.
If customer visit their websites or app for
looking around. It is hard to attract
people's mind.
Engage the Users:
1. For the app, H&M could cooperate with some Downloading App, such as
Android Market, App Store (Apple), etc. These Downloading company could
arrange your promotion of app.
2. H&M could promote a activity about “downloading app for discounts” for
several days. When people shop at H&M stores in daily life, staffs could tell
people about this activity. Most of people are willing to download the app.
3. For the Website of H&M,H&M could cooperate with Google Ads.
Google Ads will help you to build a good awareness of your website.
Why H&M should have Both:
• Low cost with High speed of spread
information
• Increase seling ways for company about
marketing mode.
• These platforms will help consumer learn
background or history of brand more
easily and convenient
• Increase communication between
consumer and company.

with some famous apps,
these apps could do
display network
campaigns for you,
such as Facebook,
Instagram.

Banner ads will lead
people to your website or
app page. When we set
good key words about our
banner ads, ads will
appear appropriately.
Some of people are willing
to check.

things. If H&M could do better
in Word of Mouth, people will
go website and download apps
for learning or shopping. This
