Dear Ms. Campo,
I have just received the letter you’ve sent me last January 22, 2014 about the damaged delivery
you received by our company and would like to apologize for the inconvenience it has caused
you. I am sorry that it was your company's fault.
As you suggested, we are more than willing to replace all the damaged books delivered. You can
expect the replacement for the books after an inspection so I must remind you to keep the
damaged books in the same condition in which you received them until one of our
representatives can inspect them. That inspection should take place within one week.
I hope this unfortunate accident will not keep you from having business with C&E Bookshop in
the future.
Sincerely Yours,
Orlando B. Ante, Manager
