4. General requirements for the visa
process to Indonesia

Embassy to submit applications for visas with
the required documents to the Consular
Section and providing guidance for
application of the procedure of this visa.

5. Documents
if you are traveling to Indonesia, you must
have the following documents:
• Original passport, should be valid for at
least six months and must have at least 2
free pages without ringing to paste the
visa.
• One (1) original application form (no
copies), which must be completed and
signed by each applicant. You can get
the form FREE in our office or if desired
may be sent by email.

• Color copy of the biographical data page of your
passport
• Color copy of your ID.
• Two (2) photographs with the following
specifications:
• The size of the picture should be 4 cm. x 6 cm.
• Preferably in color.
• Recent photo (taken with a maximum of six months
in advance).
• White background.
• Original International Certificate of Yellow Fever
