Lady Macbeth has become broken and weak, a shadow of her former powerful self. Macbeth reflects on time and mortality in a soliloquy, wishing Lady Macbeth had survived longer. The woods appear to move toward Macbeth's castle as a prophecy is fulfilled, and Macduff, who was born by cesarean birth, kills Macbeth since no man born of woman can harm him. In the end, Malcolm becomes the new king.

1. Lady Macbeth is now broken and pitiful, she once was powerful and commanding
and now she isn’t
2. The attendant is Seyton. This is significant because Seyton means the devil.
3. The significance of Macbeths soliloquy is that your life is ran on time, and once
that time runs out your life is over. He is also saying how he wishes Lady
Macbeth’s death came after the battle not before and that eventually life leads to
death.
4. The woods of Birnam started to move towards his castle, and Macduff was born
out of the stomach of his mother, at the wrong time so he is the only one that can
kill Macbeth.
5. Malcolm is the new king at the end. He leaves a strong impression that future
rulers will be in acceptance
