The last thing IT people think of is the impact moving to the cloud has on the end user. This invariably has a huge ripple effect on the usability of the platform which leads to what we call “This system Sucks!!”. In this session we will cover:
• How to deal with the user experience changes
• What governance needs to be in place
• How change management has to be reapplied
• What subtle differences there are when moving to SharePoint Online
By covering the point listed above, consultants, change management professionals, business analysts and end users will have the necessary tools to ensure that the move to the cloud fosters productivity enrichment and not turn SharePoint into DeadPoint.
