The EU-funded Grundtvig Partnership project "Everyone Can Do It!" involves eight European countries working to examine and develop approaches to gender equality over a two-year period from 2012-2014. The goals are to promote gender equality in public and private roles by emphasizing autonomy rather than traditional gender divisions of tasks, and to promote social integration and self-esteem through reinforcing awareness of individual skills. The partnership will achieve its objectives through meetings, workshops, research, and publications on gender equality topics. It aims to impact adult learners, staff, and local communities by changing mindsets about gender stereotypes and improving lifelong learning competences.
