EXTREME CONDITIONS
We’re experts in helicopter exit works and
aerial crane work. In partnership with Jayrow,
we provide helicopter lifting services. Absafe
implements all procedures including supplying
fully trained aircrew and using advanced
rigging methods. Our ‘exit at height’ methods
are built around IRATA principles and are
designed to be utilised by IRATA operatives.
IDENTIFYING THE PROBLEM
Our in-house team of remedial engineers
and materials scientists offer a full suite
of engineering services. We deliver highly
qualified consulting and remedial engineering
to anywhere across Australia.
We cover every aspect of remedial engineering,
from diagnostics to reporting to complete
project management. We provide technical
solutions for all structure forms whether they
be skyscrapers, heritage buildings, steel
structures, bridges, dams or spillways. Our
remedial engineering services extend to
structures of any age, type, size, and material.
We have 12 qualified Level 2 bridge inspectors,
all with IRATA rope access certification.

Absafe is an IRATA member. Our team has an
in-depth and practical knowledge of operating
safely at height. This includes being able to
identify the characteristics and hazards of
a problem area, and knowing the legislative

suitable equipment should all work together to

CONFINED SPACES
Our highly experienced confined space
operators use state-of-the-art equipment
and PPE. We also assume procedural
responsibility by fitting in with your systems.
We have everything from powered respirators
to SCBA and long-line breathing systems,
allowing us to put a large rope access
team down a 50m silo and have them work
comfortably and expediently.

Unique to Absafe, we have the technology and
experience to carry out shotcreting repairs to
façades and structures at heights from 150 to
1,500 metres horizontal. We convey distance
whilst utilising light access systems such as
rope access or swing stage methods.

Absafe is the exclusive Australian distributor for
ATD Cardox Pressurised CO2 blasting systems.
Cardox is a non-explosive blasting system. In
cement and other manufacturing plants, the
Cardox CO2 system is the most efficient and
cost-effective method of clearing build-up and
blockages. Use Cardox anywhere along the
plant’s processing line, at preheaters, cyclones,
inlet chambers, riser ducts, feed pipes, rotary
kilns, raw feed mills, precalciners and coolers.
