Management and Board’s Track Record of Success
9. 9
• A stable, geopolitically favourable jurisdiction with an abundance of
mining and exploration activities
• This region has hosted significant mineral deposits including: Pretium
(Brucejack), Eskay Creek, Snip, Galore Creek, Copper Canyon, Schaft
Creek, KSM, Granduc, Red Chris and more
• Recent discoveries have reignited interest in the district including
discoveries made at Garibaldi’s E & L Property (tied onto the
southeast of Forrest Kerr), GT Gold’s Tatogga Property (north of
Forrest Kerr) as well as Colorado Resources’ KSM Property
(adjacent south of Forrest Kerr)
• Aben’s Forrest Kerr claim package encompasses in excess of 23,000
hectares which consists of a 40 km long north-south belt overlying
rocks of the Hazelton and Stuhini Groups, a complex assemblage of
volcanic accumulations with intervening sedimentary sequences which
are host to significant gold deposits in the Golden Triangle
• Aben can earn a 100% interest over the entire claim group by
expending $3,000,000 on exploration by June 2020
9
The Golden Triangle Region in NW British Columbia
10. • Despite the high grade historic drill results from the early 1990’s and
2000’s, limited follow up work has been carried out since then due to high
drilling costs / limited accessibility, historic glacier coverage, and a less
comprehensive understanding of the geology until recently
• Significant improvements to infrastructure recently have lowered
exploration costs and made the project more accessible:
Forrest Kerr is now road accessible on both the north and south
portions of the property
Northern road, Galore Creek access road, has cut through 9 km of
geology that is very prospective for hosting high grade gold deposits
and VMS style gold deposits
AltaGas-owned 250 man camp located on property area
Existing power line and power generation (hydroelectric facilities)
located on southern part of property
Proposed power line transects northern portion of the property
• In addition, rapid glacial retreats over the past 25 years have exposed
extensive new areas of outcrop exposure in this highly prospective region
• Lastly, Aben's technical team has spent over a year analyzing and
reinterpreting the historical exploration and geological data with the
help of structural geologists to get a better understanding of the
existing targets and high grade gold mineralization at the project 10
Forrest Kerr Gold Project – A New Look
11. • Aben’s flagship gold project totals 23,000 hectares located in a world-
class gold district, B.C.’s Golden Triangle
• Acquisition through option agreements of the three properties that make
up the Forest Kerr Project
• Significant historic work has been performed across the whole project
area including previous drilling that returned high grade gold drill
intercepts
• Data compilation study has been performed incorporating all historic data;
regional scale approach to exploration and knowledge is now possible
• First season of fieldwork and drilling included but not be limited to the
testing of excellent drill results in historic holes:
Boundary Zone drill hole RG91-16 returned 33.4 g/t Au over 11m
Gossan Creek Zone has a large, relatively untested gold in soil
anomaly extending over 3 km
11
Aben’s Forrest Kerr Gold Project – Highlights
13. Aben’s Forrest Kerr 2017 Drill Results Highlights
13
First season of fieldwork and drilling has led to a significant discovery now called the North Boundary Zone. Significant assays
returned:
• FK17-04 returned 6.7 g/t (grams per tonne) Au, 6.4 g/t Ag and 0.9% Cu over 10.0 metres from 16.0 to 26.0 metres
depth. Within this interval was a section which returned 18.9 g/t Au, 16.6 g/t Ag and 2.2% Cu over 3.0 metres.
• FK17-05 returned a broad intercept of 1.2 g/t Au, 1.8 g/t Ag and 0.21% Cu over 122 metres that includes 10.9 g/t
Au, 14.6 g/t Ag and 1.5% Cu over 12 metres with a high grade core of 21.5 g/t Au, 28.5 g/t Ag and 3.1% Cu over 6
metres.
• FK17-06 returned 0.51 g/t Au, 1.03 g/t Ag and 0.1% Cu over 94 metres including 2.91 g/t Au, 5.2 g/t Ag and 0.6%
Cu over 14 metres.
• Boundary Zone mineralization remains open in multiple directions with numerous soil geochemical anomalies and
geophysical targets yet to be drill-tested. Aben will aggressively target the new discovery in 2018 with drilling and a
focused geological ground program.
• The zone displays a high degree of continuity for gold, silver and copper mineralization and is open to the East, West,
North and down-dip. 2017 drilling has shown that base and precious metal mineralization is combined in both a high
grade core and across broad intervals.
13
19. • Aben has option to earn up to 80% of Chico Gold Project 125
kilometres east of La Ronge, Saskatchewan and 40 kilometres
south of SSR Mining’s Seabee/Santoy mine complex; workable
all year round
• Seabee/Santoy achieved highest annual gold production in 26 year
history in 2016 @ 77,640 ounces from feed averaging 7.91 g/t Au
• SSR Mining acquired Seabee/Santoy through its acquisition of
Claude Resources in May 2016 with deal valued at $337 million
• Chico project has the same structural features as Seabee and
Santoy deposits and Chico trend extends over 1.5 km:
Shear hosted gold bearing quartz veining in secondary splays
Multi-episodic tension gash, ribbon and sheeted quartz vein
arrays
Gabbro and granite host rocks
Positive gold, copper and silver geochemical associations
Potassic, carbonate, hematite, calc-silicate and silica alteration
19
19
Chico Gold Project – Highlights
20. • Significant, shallow gold intercepts in all historic holes drilled
including:
0.424 oz/ton Au over 0.4m at Chico showing
0.281 oz/ton Au over 2.0m at Royex

24
25. 25
• Aben owns a 100% interest in the 18,314 acre Justin Gold Project
in southeast Yukon adjacent to Golden Predator’s 3 Aces project
• The property has the potential to host both high-grade and bulk-
tonnage gold zones within three different styles of mineralization:
epithermal, skarn and sediment-hosted
• Wide spread mineralization across property in a NNW trending
anomaly measuring 3.5 km long and 0.5 km wide encompassing the
Confluence, Main, Kangas, and POW Zones
• Previous drilling encountered gold mineralization in holes drilled on
the POW Zone; discovery of a greenfields Intrusive Related Gold
System (IRGS) in 2011 drilling
25
Justin Gold Project, Yukon Territory
26. 26
• Both phases of mineralization display geochemical affinity
to an Intrusion Related Gold System and indicates that the
mineralizing system was long-lived; notable IRGS deposits
within Tintina Gold Belt include Kinross' Fort Knox operation
in Alaska and Victoria Gold’s Eagle Gold Deposit
• A total of 4,014 metres was drilled in 19 holes during the
2011 & 2012 field seasons with 10 drill holes successfully
intersecting gold mineralization
• Significant drill results include hole JN11009 with 2.47 g/t
Au over 21m within 60m of 1.19 g/t Au, and hole JN12011
with 46.4m of 1.49 g/t Au
• The POW Zone exhibits strong continuity of
mineralization and remains open in all directions
26
26
Justin Gold Project – POW Zone Discovery
• Multi-phase precious metal mineralization has been discovered in the POW Zone: contact metamorphic skarn (massive
replacement style mineralization) and structurally controlled stockwork vein hosted mineralization
27. Justin Gold Project – NEW Gold-bearing Vein System;
LOST ACE ZONE
27
• Lost Ace Zone is located 2 kilometres along strike from POW Zone
• Gold-bearing vein system occurs in a geologic setting that is very similar to mineralization
present on Golden Predator’s 3 Aces Project located immediately NW of the Justin Claim
Group
• Gold grain count from a 3.8 kg bulk sample located 115 metres upslope from the Lost Ace
Zone returned 1135 visible gold grains of which 1049 gold grains were classified as pristine
suggesting close proximity to lode source
