1. Action Based Community Development (ABCD) is a community organization registered in Rakhine State, Myanmar since 2010. It works to empower communities through participatory development.
2. The document provides details about ABCD such as its vision, mission, achievements and future plans. It describes its community development programs in various sectors such as health, education and livelihood.
3. Over the past years, ABCD has implemented various projects and activities to improve lives in local communities. It aims to continue this work and further develop the communities through people's participation.
The document summarizes insights from the Univenture2015 workshop about how universities should adapt to changes in venture opportunities. Key themes discussed included the need for: interdisciplinary research that bridges fields; changes to teaching curriculum and methods to include more entrepreneurship education and hands-on learning; new incentive structures that reward collaboration over individual achievements; mentoring from industry; better connections between business and academia; streamlining technology transfer offices; and balancing basic and applied research while protecting academic freedom. The workshop brought together academics, university officials, venture capitalists, and other stakeholders.
The document discusses the concept of conscious leadership. Conscious leaders are purpose-driven, authentic, emotionally intelligent, and able to access their higher self. They have a vision that inspires others and serves a greater purpose. The conscious leadership model is based on insights from quantum theory and energetic practices. It involves five dimensions: leadership personas, relational presence, personal energetic awareness, organizational energetic awareness, and understanding phases of change. The goal is to provide training to help leaders develop consciousness and transform their organizations.

Would German customers buy flip flops online? That was the hypothesis to test in 2008. Fast forward 8 years, 15 markets, and a successful IPO: today Zalando is the leading e-Commerce Fashion player in Europe.
This journey from start-up to scale-up is also the story of the growth of a Tech team, the multiplication of product lines, and the evolution of the product function.
Diogo will share insights on Zalando’s growth strategy and how they are focusing product management on product / market fit.

The document discusses the Embedded Security Shield, which extends Kaspersky's Security System (KSS) to integrate security features into the CODESYS industrial automation software. The Embedded Security Shield divides the CODESYS Runtime System into isolated communication and core domains. It uses KSS to check requests to the industrial control system against security policies and allow or deny them. This provides cybersecurity for industrial control systems integrated with CODESYS.
