Lambert High School ABC
It is the goal of the ABC to support all levels of education for students at Lambert High School.
We hope that have raised enough money this year to offer a modest Faculty Curriculum
Support Program. This program would allow special funding for material or programs that
your department or grade may need.
This Faculty Curriculum Support program is designed to benefit grade levels 9-12 and specified
departments -- Art, PE, Special Ed., Foreign Language, Music, etc.
Please Note: All Funding Applications Must Be Received No Later than May 3, 2019.
All material purchased becomes the property of Lambert High School and the ABC.
Material purchased through the Faculty Curriculum Support Program MUST remain at the
school and grade level for which is was originally obtained.
Funding procedures:
1. Complete the funding application form(s). One form per item/activity (multiples of
the same item may be requested in one form).
2. Submit your request to Dr. Gary Davison, who must approve all requests.
3. LHS ABC will review and approve for reimbursement or purchase.
NOTE: The ABC Executive Board reserves the right to deny any grant request
