Dear Sir,

Reference your letter dated ____________ regarding your request for the transfer of allotment of
above mentioned Apartment at Raheja’s Revanta Sector 78 Gurgaon in the name Mrs Anjana
Gupta W/o Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Gupta and Mrs. Richa Gupta w/o Mr. Arpit Gupta both R/o D-
73 Arya Nagar Apartment , Plot no. 91, I.P. Extension , Patpargang , Delhi -110092, your above
request has been considered. The transfer of allotment of the above mentioned Apartment shall be
affected on fulfillment of the following conditions:

       Payment of all outstanding dues.
       Payment of administrative charges of ----------------------/- @ Rs. 100/- per sq. ft.
        +Service tax
       Request in the enclosed format by the transferor(s).
       Request in the enclosed format by the transferee(s).
       Indemnity Bond of transferor (s) on a Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/- in the enclosed format
        duly attested by the Public Notary.
       Indemnity Bond/Undertaking of the transferee (s) on a Stamp Paper of Rs.100/- in the
        enclosed format duly attested by the Public Notary.
       Attestation of specimen signature on a stamp paper of Rs.10/- of the transferee (s) duly
        attested by the transferor(s) in the enclosed format also attested by the Public Notary.
       Affidavit of transferor (s) on a Stamp Paper of Rs. 10/- regarding loss of original receipts
        (if any) duly attested by the Public Notary.
       Return of all original receipts and original agreement.
       In case transefree is a NRI, than a certificate from Banker is required that the Transferee
        had made all payments to the transferor from his/her NRI a/c only.
       Self attested photograph of the transferee.
       PAN number of Transferor as well a Transferee.

Please note that the above mentioned documents duly signed shall be submitted by the transferor
(s). The fresh application form along with the terms and conditions shall also be signed by the
transferee (s).

 as receipts detailed enclosed as per the terms and conditions.

I now want that name of my NOMINEE Mrs Anjana Gupta W/o Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Gupta and
Mrs. Richa Gupta w/o Mr. Arpit Gupta both R/o D-73 Arya Nagar Apartment , Plot no. 91, I.P.
Extension , Patpargang , Delhi -110092 , be substituted in place of my name in the said
agreement and that the same be endorsed in his/her favour. For the said substitutions of the name
I am sending herewith all the original documents to facilities the matter. After substitution of the
name of the above mentioned nominee, I shall have nothing to do with the said agreement nor
have any lien, right, title and interest on the said Apartment. This letter of mine is irrevocable and
is not subject to cancellation in any way.

Unit No. C-193 ,from you on ______________ and paid Rs. _______________________ in term
of the said agreement asking you to take me/us as his/her nominee and execute and register the
sale deed in respect of the said Apartment in my/Our favour. I/We assure you and declare that the
said letter of the authority is signed before me/us by the said from Mr. Sanjay Bisht and Mr. Ajay
Bisht both S/o Jodh Singh Bisht both R/o HIG J-6a Sanjay Nagar , Ghaziabad ,201001, and I/We
shall be responsible for all consequences in case the above mentioned transferor (s) denies the
said authority. I/We also undertake to pay in full the entire balance if any, due to the company on
account of the said Flat immediately on the sanctioning of the application.

I/We now request you to kindly treat me/us as nominee of Mr. Sanjay Bisht and Mr. Ajay Bisht
both S/o Jodh Singh Bisht both R/o HIG J-6a Sanjay Nagar , Ghaziabad ,201001 and execute and
register the sale deed in respect of the said Apartment in my/our favour on payment of full sale
price and cost of stamp, registration and other charges incidental thereto.

assessed in such transfer cases by and local authority or Deptt. of Government under Indian Stamp Act, 1899 & the rules made there
under.

Now the FIRST PARTY hereby indemnify the SECOND PARTY against any loss, damage, charges, assessment of Stamp Duty deemed
here to after or at any time required to be paid or payable and demanded from the SECOND PARTY for the said transfer in favour of
the FIRST PARTY.

allotment of Flat.

Rectangle - 1, D-4 District centre, Saket, New Delhi-110017 (hereinafter called ‘Company’)

That I deposited a sum of Rs. --------------------------------------------/- towards the installments of the said allotment of
Flat and a Receipts(s)/ Agreement to this effect was issued to me by the aforesaid Company vide Receipts(s)/
Agreement No. ---------------------- dated --------------------------- but the said Receipts(s)/ Agreement have been lost/
misplaced and are not traceable with the best of my efforts.

I hereby undertake to return the original Receipts (s) / Agreement to the company, if it is subsequently found. I will not
misuse the same.

 I herby indemnify and keep harmless aforesaid Company against any loss, damage caused on account of misuse of the
aforesaid Receipt (s)/ Agreement or any claim is made by a person at any stage.

Hence on the strength of this affidavit, the duplicate/ fresh receipt(s)/ Agreement may be issued.
