In 2013, AA UNI RWANDA LTD successfully received certification from Rwanda Revenue
Authority (RRA) for supplying Electronic Billing Machines to taxpayers manufactured by
Geneko – Serbia. Today we have around 3,000 taxpayers in Rwanda using our EBMs
grabbing 35% of market share.

2. Hardware Maintenance Services:
This includes standard keyboard & mouse, Monitor, SMPS. Also includes, as required,
post hardware failure re-installation of customer supplied operating system (Microsoft
Windows only) and re-installation of drivers for devices installed within the computer,
and for peripheral devices listed on the Agreement Schedule.
3. Application Software Support Services:
Onsite installation of application software(s) and we also provide technical support for all
the Utility software applications. Anti-virus update and regular tune up of the computer.
4. Networking Infrastructure Services:
24x7 Online offers its intensive skills and expertise in installation, configuration, support
and maintenance of both wired local area networks (LANs) & Wireless (LANs). We
provide all networking services like troubleshooting network and installation of new
networks (at additional cost) for the wired and wireless LAN.
5. Infrastructure Upgrade Services:
Includes post hardware or software failure download & installation of latest Service
Packs, Drivers & Critical Updates as required. We facilitate all sorts of computer
