This document outlines the steps taken to set up an Active Directory domain with multiple sites and subnets across different geographic locations. It describes setting up a master domain controller in Paris, along with DNS and DHCP servers. Additional domain controllers were then set up in America and Australia sites. Users and groups were created and assigned appropriately within organizational units. Network shares and security permissions were also configured to restrict access based on group membership. Screenshots document the configuration of key services and components across the domain.
How To Build and Run Node Apps with Docker and ComposeDocker, Inc.
Kathleen Juell, Digital Ocean -
Containers are an essential part of today's microservice ecosystem, as they allow developers and operators to maintain standards of reliability and reproducibility in fast-paced deployment scenarios. And while there are best practices that extend across stacks in containerized environments, there are also things that make each stack distinct, starting with the application image itself.
This talk will dive into some of these particularities, both at the image and service level, while also covering general best practices for building and running Node applications with database backends using Docker and Compose.

How to setup a fresh Windows Server for a DirectShare EasyDemoChristian Petrou
Getting Started
This guide will help you deploy a new Windows Server 2012R2 Datacenter Edition VM to use with a DirectShare virtual appliance (VA).
Assumptions
• It is assumed that the reader has a working knowledge of virtual machine system administration, Microsoft® Windows® desktop and server administration, SAN network design, basic Microsoft PowerShell commands and basic SAN storage operations.
• This is not a complete “how to” guide. Step by step setup is covered in part, examples of command line and settings should be sufficient for the reader to apply the right changes to implement the steps outlined in this guide.
Limitations and Other Considerations
External File Sharing and Collaboration can be setup in multiple different fashions. This solution guide will address a specific scenario and how to build around it.
