campaigns, and in a real-life setting, this can
mean anything from a basic content marketing
platform to an integrated solution that features
multiple aspects. The challenge lies in integrating
these tools effectively and using the data
generated to derive insights for decision-making.
Talent
Finding (and retaining) the right people is an
ongoing endeavor for any digital marketing
leader. Doing so effectively means being able to
retain top performers and undertaking strategic
recruiting that helps build capacity internally.
Innovation
Innovation can mean different things for different
businesses. However, the basic concept remains:
learning from what’s happening and refining
marketing initiatives to achieve objectives and
become more effective.
Expanding
Scaling your marketing efforts can be tricky: it
comes down to ensuring the technology is right,
processes and strategies are documented, and
