A presentation for arranging a Debate Tournament
1) An event was held with 32 teams and 96 participants across 3 days involving debates and presentations. 2) The event required 166 people total including volunteers, organizers, judges and participants. Rooms, food, banners and other materials were needed at a cost of over 96,000 taka. 3) Sponsorship opportunities were offered at platinum, gold and silver levels to help cover the costs and promote businesses with branding at the event.
