A 9-year-old boy presented with a fractured tooth after being hit with a cricket bat. Examination revealed pulpal exposure and an open apex. The treatment plan was to perform MTA pulpotomy followed by reattachment of the fractured part using flowable composite. One week later, the reattachment was successful in reuniting the fractured tooth.

2. • A 9 year old boy
came to OPD of

with chief complaint
of fractured 21.

3. • H/O present illness revealed that the fracture was
due to trauma with cricket bat, 15 hours earlier.
• No pain, only hypersensitivity was present.

4. On intraoral clinical examination ,
pulpal exposure of 21 was seen.
