The Semiahmoo Grand Ballroom can accommodate large groups in any type of meeting or banquet format while
maintaining a very comfortable and classy atmosphere. With the elegant pre-function area and the ability to
section off the ballroom into three ample rooms of 2,170 square feet each, the Semiahmoo Ballroom offers
incredible versatility for meetings and banquets. With a professional catering staff, impeccable service and

Similar to our Semiahmoo Grand Ballroom, the San Juan Ballroom boasts distinguished functionality and flexibility.

Room, located at the entrance of Stars, seats up to 12 people. Home to our award-winning wine selections, the

Hospitality Parlor Suites | 870 square feet
For smaller meetings and social gatherings, these two suites located on the second and third floors accommodate
from 15 – 20 people in a casual living room or conference-style setting. Adjacent to water view guest rooms, both

Pierside | 2,500 square feet
The grand views from two expansive walls of windows, combined with access to the outdoor deck on the water, make

Situated on the back deck of the hotel with views of White Rock, British Columbia, and Semiahmoo Bay, this elegant

the Pavilion Tent provides a unique and festive atmosphere. The Pavilion Tent is available May – September, with space
heaters available as needed.

Home to our nightly showing of “Movies at the Moo,” the Discovery Theater has 58 tiered seats with fold-out lap tables
