This document provides the 2009 service rate schedule for PAR Escrow Services. It lists fees for refinancing an existing deed of trust on a one-to-four family residence, including ordering payoff demands and making payoffs of up to two previous loans. Fees range from $475 to $650 depending on the loan amount, with loans over $1.5 million requiring a call. It also provides fees for purchase escrows based on a rate of $1.50 per $1,000 of purchase price plus $250, and fees for full ALTA or limited second trust deed refinances of $300.

ery of the preliminary report or commitment available but not required. Escrow rates shall include the following services:

not include third party or out-of-office signing services, lender payoff and demand fees, recording fees, courier fees, archive
