The Chameleon Prototype Being Delivered by the Definitive Design Team

The Prototype is 38” Long and the Actual Product Will Be 28” X 10” X 6”
Our Pipeline
Chameleon-Tactical Designed to address the needs of tactical law enforcement and military special operations team members (e.g., NATO, USSOCOM and IDF) to be used in conjunction with a vacuum/Sked rig. Collapsed size: 28" X 10" X 6“ Extends to 74" and we can accommodate taller patients through the use of our proprietary Achilles support. Weighs less than 13 pounds. We are focusing on what we know about measurement and signature intelligence (MASINT) to reduce or completely eliminate any acoustic/seismic, IR and thermal signatures. Our target weight capacity is 300 lbs. 100% radiolucent and compliant with all methods of radiologic diagnostics. Chameleon-ShortStuff Very similar to the Chameleon-Tactical, but lacks the MASINT evasion characteristics and is designed for civilian applications, such as aeromedical units, technical rescue teams, wilderness medicine/SAR units and other forms of emergency medical outfits where space is a premium, such as with bicycle units, motorized scooter units, ATV units (lifeguards) and special event caches.
Chameleon-Sport/Bariatric A fixed-length model that is being designed in cooperation with athletic directors for use in the hockey and football arenas where log-rolling is contraindicated due to the involvement of shoulder pads. It was first designed for sports, but we are hopeful that it will also play an important role in the treatment of bariatric patients. Chameleon-Street A fixed-length model that is being designed in cooperation with numerous EMS personalities for use in our traditional arenas as well as within the hospital setting to compete with the Scoop Stretcher as a fully radiolucent alternative, which also has the potential for use in the interventional setting. Chameleon-StowAway A molded fully radiolucent composite backboard that folds in half for transportation and immobilization of the walking wounded. This product is designed for units where space is a premium, such as police cruisers and law enforcement air units.
Rhythm of Sleep A fully radiolucent system designed to reduce the incidence of pressure sores; sacral, lumbar and mandibular pain; and perceived pain issues during extended periods of immobilization, such as those experienced during delays in diagnostics or long-distance transports, through the use of a pneumatic system that mimics the body's natural defense mechanisms.
