To Whom It May Concern:
I’m a certified project manager (PMP) with over 25 years of nuclear experience and 30
years of project management experience leading projects/programs in hundreds of
millions of dollars. This brief letter is to confirm that I have personally witnessed Mr.
Scott Sittner work in a nuclear capacity on multiple projects and am aware of his
extensive work on other nuclear projects as told to me by my peers.
I was employed with Mr. Sittner by Combustion Engineering/Impell (now know as ABB)
at several nuclear facilities at what was then called Commonwealth Edison specifically
supporting nuclear repair projects such as the recirculation piping replacement project at
Dresden Nuclear Station, Morris, Illinois. In addition, Mr. Sittner and I were contracted
project managers for the new nuclear construction of Watts Barr Nuclear Station in
Tennessee where he directly managed nuclear system construction projects. I am also
personally aware of Mr. Sittner’s nuclear work in support of the US Department of
Energy (DOE) while I too, was supporting the DOE at the Hanford Site in Washington
State. Mr. Sittner has worked directly for me as well as being my peer in these nuclear
quality and project management positions.
Mr.Sittner was an owner/manager of a nuclear quality consulting company where his
partner was National Chairman of NQA-1. Over the last ten years, Mr. Sittner has been
involved in nuclear quality program development across the industry.
Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me directly.
