Programme
Schedule: Confirmation of attendance will start at 9 am on Saturday 16 March 2019. Tea, coffee, and pastries will be provided
throughout the day and lunch catered for the oralists. The Rt Hon Lady Wolffe, Honourable Judge of the Court of Session, will
deliver her opening remark at 9:30 am. This will be followed by a briefing for the arbitrators delivered by Mr Donny Mackinnon.
Pleadings will start at 10 am and run until 6 pm. We shall then proceed to the Playfair for a drinks reception. Pleadings on Sunday
17 March 2019 will run from 10 am – 2 pm. Refreshments will be provided from 9:30 am.
