Gov. Susana Martinez says she won’t seal records when she leaves office, as Gov. Bill Richardson has done. And we know politicians always keep their promises!
Bill stalls in Legislature that would legalize Sunday liquor sales statewide. Also known as the Superbowl Equalization Act.
Bill to require ID when voting has better shot this year. It’s a good year for solutions to non-existent problems.
Several proposed bills would make public information more accessible. That should free up some time.
Proposed law would allow cities to impose curfews for minors. Alternate bill would just give minors their own city.
Proposed law would allow dogs on restaurant patios. As long as they’re not smoking.
