Seattle — June 29, 2009 — Access Floor Corp announces the immediate availability of the
AFC Hollow Core Steel (HCS) Panel. The HCS Panel works on the same idea as the Concrete
Core Steel Panel, but without the cementitious fill. The HCS Panel is extremely useful in
facilities which have continual design changes or have limitations on building structural loads.

The CCS Panel is interchangeable other AFC Panels and comes coated in a protective epoxy
paint for a clean finish. The CCS Panel also has interchangeable strengths and in either standard
or medium duty options.
