2. 1. Check your feet every day
A lot of people don't take any interest in their feet. So,
check your feet, either when you're in the bath.
3. 2. Dry them properly
Depending on how squished your toes are, the moisture
can stay there and fungal organisms can flourish.
4. 3. Give toenails breathing room
Cut your toenails straight across, but don't go too short or
into the corners and soak it in some warm salt water and
apply a mild antiseptic cream.
5. 4.Watch out your nails appearance
A fungus can start as a white, spotty, powdery look on the
nail's surface. The other sign is discolouration. These are
indicators of a fungal nail infection.

Keep your foot files to yourself. When your are in joint
family make individual foot wares.
