This document contains calculations to determine the maximum reaction rate (Vmax) of an enzyme using Michaelis-Menten kinetics. It is given that the rate of reaction (V1) is 0.01 mmol/min, the Michaelis constant (Km) is 3.5x10-5, and the substrate concentration [S] is either 3.5x10-5 or 3.5x10-6. It calculates Vmax as either 0.01 mmol/min or 0.1 mmol/min depending on the substrate concentration.
