and 3/5/2018 must apply to renew their status with USCIS by
10/5/2017

DACA applicants who applied to renew their status or to
acquire DACA for the first time before 9/5/2017 will get their
applications adjudicated by USCIS.
T R A V E L A B R O A D
DACA holders with valid advance parole may
still use them through their validity period. All pending or
new advance parole requests will be rejected.
N O N E W A P P L I C A N T S
USCIS will not accept first time DACA filings as of 9/5/2017
