“Dansezi?”
De ce “dans?” “Dansul este singura formă de exprimare în care omul este şi artist şi operă de artă”–Ted Shawn Companiile sunt formate din oameni diferiti, cu personalitati, comportamente, rezultate diferite, cu motivatii diferite, pe scurt cu stiluri de “dans” diferite. Practic  fiecare afacere contine in proportii variabile angajati care pot performa si crea profit si angajati care nu vor sau nu pot sa “danseze”. Iata cateva tipologii umane, descrise sumar:
Dansatorul de flamenco Fabian Perez – “Flamingo III” Pasionat si extrem de dinamic, dansatorul de flamenco are intotdeauna rezultate spectaculoase in munca sa. Este un bun dansator in echipa avand totusi un talent individual care-l poate diferentia in cadrul unui grup. Dansatorul de flamenco crede cu tarie in valorile companiei, cunoaste extrem de bine pasii de urmat si regulile “dansului”  si le respecta intocmai, fiind in acelasi timp creativ.
Dansatorul de street dance Pedro Alvarez – “Street Dance” Intotdeauna original si inovator, acest dansator are tendinta de a incalca regulile pentru un scop nobil: a realiza ceva mai bun, mai frumos, mai nou. Individualist si totodata un bun jucator de echipa, dansatorul de street dance are intotdeauna rezultate de exceptie cu costuri mici de realizare. Capabil sa depuna eforturi supraomenesti, acesta este cel care poate mobiliza mai bine decat oricine echipa in care este integrat.
Dansatorul de vals Elegant si cu multa experienta, dansatorul de vals este intotdeauna diplomat si fair-play. Isi respecta partenerii si trezeste la randul lui respect, rezultatele sale incanta si fac profit deopotriva.
Calusarii 						          Sursa: www.margineni.ro Formand un grup compact ca o societate secreta, calusarii performeaza exceptional doar impreuna. “Ceata” lor este puternic ierarhizata, de la “Calusarii de rand” la “Vataf” si “Ajutor de Vataf”. Pun regulile proprii mai presus de cele ale companiei, dar reusesc sa produca rezultate atat de neasteptate, incat par a detine forte supranaturale.
Dansatorul de tip “gaina” (Chicken Dancer) Este evident angajatul pe care nici sefii si nici colegii nu si-l doresc. Preocupat mai mult de  distractie decat de partea serioasa a dansului, dansatorul de tip gaina nu se implica decat superficial, este amuzant, dar neproductiv, ba mai mult, ii deranjeaza pe ceilalti dansatori, disturbandu-le actul artistic. (Alaturati-l mental de un dansator de flamenco si veti intelege!)
Concluzionand: Lista de mai sus poate cuprinde un numar infinit de tipologii.  Oricate s-ar afla in compania ta, intrebarea ramane aceeasi: Tu stii cum “danseaza” angajatii tai?
