• - Wrong or missing authentication
• - Missing authorizations
• - SICF service inactive
• - IP/CORS/Firewall block
• - SSL or certificate issue
• - Wrong endpoint URL

• - Verify credentials & unlock user
• - Check SU53 & ST01 for missing
authorizations
• - Activate service in SICF
• - Whitelist source IP in firewall
