The receptionist cannot find her reservation under her personal name but is able to locate it when Hana provides her company's name, Komatsu. The receptionist confirms Hana has a reservation for three nights from June 2nd to 5th and has her room in room 1106 on the 11th floor. When Hana asks, the receptionist also informs her that breakfast is included and is an open buffet served daily from 6:30 to 9:00 AM in the restaurant on the second floor. The receptionist wishes Hana a nice stay.

5. Hana: Ok, will you check my company’s name; Komatsu Receptionist: Yes, I found it; you have a reservation from today, June 2nd. till 5th., for three nights. Could you fill in this form please? Hana: Sure! Receptionist: Your room number is 1106, on the eleventh floor; here’s the room key.

7. Hana: Thanks. By the way, is the breakfast included? Receptionist: Yes Madam; the breakfast is open buffet and served at the restaurant on the second floor from 6:30 to 9:00. Hana: Thank you. Receptionist: Have a nice stay.
