1. CFC/2010/11-01: Reductions in or Cancellations of
Allocations: The Catalytic Fund Committee (CFC)
requests the Secretariat to follow-up with countries
identified for potential cancellation or reduction of its
allocation, no later than December 15, 2010. Based on
feedback from countries, the CFC requests the
Secretariat to send to the FTI Board of Directors no
later than December 31, 2010, recommendations for
allocation reductions or cancellations, for non-
objection by the FTI Board of Directors by not later
than January 15, 2011.

3. CFC/2010/11-01: New Single Trust Fund and
Transfer of Authority: The CF Committee agrees that
EFA FTI should move as soon as practicable to a
single trust fund with a single mode of operation. As
a first step, the CFC approves to transfer its decision-
making authority over the CF(s) to the FTI Board of
Directors. The CFC calls on the Secretariat and each
of the donors to the Catalytic Fund(s) to take all
possible actions, agreeing to amendments to their
administrative agreements, to ensure that this
decision can become effective as soon as possible.
