South Korea's government has announced a plan to build a large offshore wind farm near the city of Incheon by 2030. The wind farm will generate 8 gigawatts of electricity, which is equivalent to 8 nuclear power plants. It will help South Korea increase its use of renewable energy and reduce its reliance on fossil fuels such as coal, oil and natural gas.
