 Rakuten is Japanese company that provides some kind of internet service for group members
 Most largest internet sopping mole in Japan
 Having the group of rakuten
 40 % of sales is occupied by financial enterprise

4. HISTORY OF RAKUTEN
 1 May, 1997 – to establish a shopping center of rakuten
 Sept, 1999 – to establish internet auction service
 29 Oct, 2004 – to found rakuten baseball team
 30 June, 2010 – to present international strategy plan that an official language exchange to English
 July, 2012 – international strategy plan took effect

5. FROM JAPANESE COMPANY TO INTERNATIONAL COMPANY

RAKUTEN IS DOING?
 Official language becomes English is not only very important but also very difficult. Japanese is not good at English
in general. I think that there are only few Japanese who talks with fluency in English. So common work becomes
very hard work.
 Large kind of business model have. If there are some kind of business, it is hard to manage the company. So, I
suppose to rakuten company does hard work.
