Project ELITE volunteers and the Rock & Pop Club collaborated with the North East Community Development Council to support a Lunar New Year Lunch for 100 elderly residents. On January 25, 2014 in Hougang, the volunteers entertained and interacted with the elderly residents, singing for them and bringing smiles. Staff from Jiaying Community Services commended the volunteers for their community spirit and looked forward to future collaborations.

40 Project ELITE Eventrepreneurs and the Rock & Pop Club jointly collaborated with North East Community
Development Council to support the Lunar New Year Lunch for 100 elderly residents from Jiaying
Community Services Society. The event was held on 25 Jan 2014 @ Hougang and was supported by North
East Community Development Council.
The volunteers interacted closely with the elderly residents and entertained them with activities. The
Eventrepreneurs also showcased their singing talents and sang for the elderly residents. It brought smiles to
both the elderly residents and volunteers, who have enjoyed the bonding session together.
Staff of Jiaying Community Services commended the Eventrepreneurs for their community spirit and look
forward to future collaboration with the Project ELITE volunteers.
