• I learned a lot throughout my internship at Paytm m’loyal about end to end process and how business
runs specifically in b2b segment. I have also gained insight in crm system and loyalty platform. Being
Business Analyst trainee I also got to know that how to deal with client requirements, about
deliverables, about presentation stuffs, how to prepare charts, graphs, pivot table and lot more. So all in
all it was great experience working in this organization and to cater stakeholder’s needs.
