繼電器
繼電器是一種電子控制元件,具有控制系統(輸入迴路)和被控制
系統(輸出迴路),實際上是用較小的電流去控制較大電流的一種
「開關」。
繼電器與開關的差別:
• 一般開關是作為迴路的一部分,通過電氣設備的電流也通過開關本身。
• 繼電器有兩個分離的迴路,控制系統的迴路,被控制系統的迴路。
繼電器的種類
按輸入信號的性質分 按工作原理分
電壓繼電器 電磁式繼電器
電流繼電器 感應式繼電器
時間繼電器 電動式繼電器
溫度繼電器 電子式繼電器
速度繼電器 熱繼電器
壓力繼電器 光(耦合)繼電器
光耦合的意思
• 以光作為媒介來傳輸電信號的一組裝置,其功能是平時讓輸入電
路及輸出電路之間隔離,在需要時可以使電信號通過隔離層的傳
送方式。
• 光耦合器一般由三部分組成:光的發射、光的接收及信號放大。
• 輸入的電信號驅動光發射源,使之發光,被光探測器接收而產生光電流,
再經過進一步放大後輸出。

二路光耦合繼電器用電規定
• 5VDC表示繼電器的線圈控制電壓是5V。
• 最大負載:10A 250V交流電; 10A 30V直流電。
二路光耦合繼電器
跳線帽是用來決定要不要讓控制系統和被控制系統使用同一個電源。
• 使用同一電源時,只要跳線帽插入 VCC 與 JD-VCC 接腳使其造成短路,而控制系統
與被控制系統的電源會同樣來自黃色框內的VCC接腳供應。
• 使用不同電源時,要將跳線帽拔掉,被控制系統驅動電源正負端分別接到 JD-VCC 與
GND 處;而控制系統的VCC 接樹莓派的正極 ( +5V 或 +3.3V ),GND 不須接任何東西。
跳線帽
GND:接地。
IN1和IN2:訊號輸入接腳,用來開跟關繼電器的電流迴路。
VCC:電路的供電電壓。
二路光耦合繼電器
• 常開接點是指平常與共接點不連接。
• 常閉接點是指平常即與共接點連接。
• 當電磁鐵通電後,常開接點就與電磁鐵連接,而常閉接點就與共接點斷開,
達到控制的效果。
COM (Common) 共接點
NO (Normally Open) 常開接點
NC (Normally Closed) 常閉接點

當PIR感測器偵測到人體紅外線後,
繼電器的常閉迴路通電,LED亮;
若沒有偵測到人體紅外線,
繼電器的常開迴路通電,LED不亮。
課後實作基本題:繼電器電路練習
• 說明:在第18頁的電路圖上,加入一個光敏電阻,且已知光敏電
阻的VCC腳位已連接在一顆繼電器上,在目前的情況下,試著只
要加上幾條杜邦線,來完成下面描述的功能。
• 功能設定:
感測設備 觸發條件 觸發行為 備註
光敏電阻 暗
LED發亮
光敏電阻和PIR感測器的感測條
件需要同時滿足才會讓LED發亮;
若只滿足單一觸發條件則LED不
亮。

課後實作進階題:電風扇自動化
• 說明:此進階實作練習,將以往需要由人主動開啟電風扇的規則
做改良,利用PIR、溫溼度感測器和繼電器與電風扇整合在一起,
讓電風扇具有感知能力,在滿足觸發條件下,才自動開啟電風扇。
• 功能設定:
感測設備 觸發條件 觸發行為 備註
溫溼度感測器 >=28度C
開啟動風扇
溫溼度和PIR感測器的感測條件
需要同時滿足才會啟動電風扇;
若只滿足單一觸發條件則不開啟
電風扇。
PIR感測器 偵測到人體紅外線
*此實作需實際連結電線與電風扇,注意用電安全,若有電線外露的情況可使用絕緣膠帶綁起來,
避免觸電。
